"The Greatest Freedom Show on Earth" is a multi-cultural extravaganza that invites people of all ethnicities to commemorate the 1833 Emancipation Act. Enjoy live music, Miss Emancipation Pageant, Emancipation Idol, talent show, Gospel Fest, delectable cuisine, and the vibrant costumes and colors of masqueraders as they parade down Ouellette Avenue to the scenic riverfront Festival Plaza.
