Are you interested in participating in the 178th Annual Emancipation Celebration July 29 to August 1, 2011?

The Emancipation Day Celebration, held annually on the first long weekend in August (Civic Holiday/Simcoe Day), will be celebrating its 178th anniversary in 2011.

We will have more than 20 performances throughout the weekend on the new for 2011 state of the art stage at the scenic Festival Plaza with the Detroit skyline as a backdrop as well as Carter Midway Rides. Thousands of people attend this 4 day festival each year and has become a "must attend" Essex and County Region event.

Vendors will have the opportunity to sell or advertise their products/services on site at Emancipation Day Celebration 2011. Your business will be exposed to thousands of spectators coming from both sides of the border and beyond. There will be areas at the new and improved for 2011 Festival Plaza where you can set up your booth and be able to sell your products to the Carnival spectators, generating lots of on-site revenue for your business or more exposure to your company/organization.
